THEREFORE WE WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID DELAYS IN SPEAKING TO AN OPERATOR FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR PARKING CHARGE NOTICE TO EMAIL OR POST APPEALS OR GENERAL ENQUIRIES TO OUR OFFICE ADDRESS, AND USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM OR AUTOMATED PAYMENT LINE IN ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.
